Angèle et Christelle, Professeures diplômées de l’Université Internationale de Yoga du Rire du Dr Kataria (Inde) vous propose une séance de 45 mn de Yoga du Rire, sur l’esplanade de la Major. Apporter un petit coussin pour s’asseoir et un gilet couvrant.
Le Yoga du rire combine les exercices du rire, en stimulant entre 200 et 300 muscles, avec la respiration du yoga.
Le Yoga du rire élève notre bonne humeur. 15 mn de Yoga du Rire continu déclenchent les bienfaits sur la santé : Meilleure oxygénation du corps et du cerveau, réduction du stress, qualité du sommeil, etc..

What meditation technique is used?
The gentle and easy technique shared is known as ‘Sahaja Yoga’ meditation and is practiced in more than 100 countries and is always free. It was founded in 1970 by- Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi. When practiced for 10 minutes a day it can lead to dramatic positive change in your personal life – even after one week of practice!

Une séance de yoga vinyasa animé par Bruna (@yogibody_bypapa) suivi d’un petit déjeuner composé d’une boisson chaude, un cake à l’orange et une boisson fraîche au choix (orange ou citron pressé).
Et si vous souhaitez rester bronzer sous le soleil de la Côte d’Azur, la nous vous proposons une formule qui comprend le yoga, petit déjeuner ainsi qu’un matelas jusqu’à 12h, ou en journée de quoi profiter du beau temps d’été.
